These words are made real when the people of God pour their lives into the lives of others in order that they may see our Lord Jesus Christ in them. It was Christ who said, "let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 5:16) We take the words of our Lord literally, believing that He has called us to be His tangible hand of grace and mercy to a world starving to see His deliverance. We, like Paul, seek to be "poured out as a drink offering" in order that Christ might touch the lives of the lost through us.
We invite you to come join us as we attempt to show the world that Jesus is Lord!
Silver Service Ministry
A forgotten part of our community are the senior citizens who, in the dusk of their lives, have found themselves confined and isolated in a community apart from their families. Silver Service is about demonstrating the love of God in a tangible way to them, spreading the joy of the gospel through fellowship by playing bingo the Triumph Way. The Team infuses into what is normally a monotonous call, energy and excitement, reminding the residents that God's unfailing love and care for them. Ministering at two facilities, Meadowbrook Manor in Bolingbrook and Solstice Senior Living Center in Joliet, Triumph touches the lives of the residents twice per month, with a worship service held the first of the month at Meadowbrook Manor.
For women by women, young and old, all need an authentic community where they can discuss the challenges confronting women in the church, at home, on job or at school. Triumph Community Church's Women's Fellowship seeks to address the questions that women ask but seldom have answers to from a Biblical perspective. With regular fellowships at member's homes, the women invite all to participate in the dialogue to understand how the Jesus has intended for the women of God to impact the church, their homes, the workplace and the world.
